Walker Agency LLC ("Walker Agency," "we," "us") is an independent life insurance agency in Corona, California. This policy explains what personal information we collect through walkeragency.life and our phone, text and email channels, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, age, the coverage you're interested in, the best time to reach you, and anything you choose to share in a form, call, text or meeting.
- Information for a quote or application: if you decide to apply, details an insurance carrier needs, such as date of birth, health and lifestyle answers, beneficiaries and payment details. We share these only with the carrier you choose to apply with.
- Information collected automatically: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as the pages visited, approximate location, and device and browser type. Google Analytics collects this information using cookies. This data is not used to identify individuals, and it is not sold. Our website and CRM providers may also use cookies and similar tools to collect basic information, such as how you arrived at the site. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and learn more about how Google uses this data on Google's privacy page.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare quotes and schedule appointments.
- To help you apply for coverage and service your policy, including annual reviews.
- To send you information about insurance you asked about, by phone, email or text, according to your consent.
- To meet legal, licensing and carrier requirements, and to keep records of our communications.
Text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as our phone and texting provider, only to deliver messages to you.

When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With insurance carriers you choose to get a quote from or apply with, and their underwriting partners.
- With service providers that help us run the agency, such as our website host, CRM, phone and texting, scheduling and email providers, who may use it only to provide those services to us.
- With our contracting agency or insurance marketing organization where required to place and service your policy.
- When required by law, regulation, a court order, or to protect rights and safety.
Your choices and California rights
- You can ask us to stop calls, texts or emails at any time. Reply STOP to texts, use the unsubscribe link in emails, or tell us by phone.
- California residents may request to know what personal information we hold, request a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, and will not be treated differently for making a request. Some information must be kept to meet insurance record-keeping laws.

How we protect it
We use reputable providers with access controls and encryption in transit, and we limit access to the people who need it to serve you. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive details like Social Security numbers by text or email.
Children
Our website and services are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13 through the site.
